2 vintage eico 221 electronic voltmeter ohmmeter
This is two Eico 221's. One looks a little nicer than other. They both came from the estate of a radio collector, i imagine the one without the handle is the older one. I would suggest opening them up and checking them out prior to plugging them in, i have no idea when they were used last.
