Swing away top cover, 3 tier blade, 8" outlet, no valve. Driven by a 2.25-27 kw, 3/50/38-380 volt, 123-143 rpm motor. (1) Model KGU400 cooler, 301 stainless steel. Carbon steel jacketed bowl 42-1/2" diameter x 17-1/4" deep, rated 45 psi at 176 deg F. Swing away top cover, single tier blade, 8" outlet, no valve. Driven by a 7.5 kw (10 hp), 3/50/380/660 volt, 1450 rpm motor. Built 1993.
