PECO EJH-ST HIGH SPEED EJECTOR NIB
The EJH High Speed Ejector series is designed to remove defective containers form a single file packaging line conveyor.
The Ejector is a solenoid actuated, air driven device. The driving force is compressed air regulated from 70 to 85 psi.
The principal components of the High Speed Ejector are an Air Valve, an Air Cylinder, a Pressure Regulator, and a striking ram.
A control signal energizes a solenoid on the Air Valve Assembly which in turn directs pressurized air to operate the Air Cylinder to extend the striking ram forward. When the control signal is de-activated, air forces the striking ram to retract.
Proper timing of the control signal will permit removal of defective containers from a single file conveyor without interfering with good container flow.
The EJH High Speed Ejector series is used with a variety of Peco's packaging line inspection systems which provide the control signal timing.
