This unit was surplus to job requirement on a project up in the Alberta oil sands where over 100 billion dollars worth of projects are underway to meet North American consumption requirements. The companies involved in this development use only top quality equipment and seem to have unlimited budgets, so surplus items like this are frequently available in perfectly good condition. The Shell Canada project this was ordered for (Muskeg River) had a change in sub-contractors. These were in the former sub-contractors supplies.
