THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE (1) 2 FLUID OUNCE BOTTLE OF POLYMER ENGINEERING’S “AIROUT†CASTING DEFOAMING AGENT.
THIS IS ENOUGH TO TREAT UP TO 125 POUNDS OF CASTING RESIN.
POLYMER ENGINEERING’S “AIROUT†is a silicone free defoaming agent that has been specifically formulated to improve the air release in epoxy, polyester, organic urethane, and other NON WATER-BASED casting systems. When added at levels of ONLY 0.1 to 0.5 % by weight, it will improve the surface finish of your resin-cast pieces.
We also have a wide variety of condensate-cure and platinum-cure silicone moldmaking products available as well, to meet your moldmaking requirements. Contact us with your application and we can advise you which product would be best for your needs.
* Simply add ONLY 0.1% to 0.5% (by weight) of POLYMER ENGINEERING’S “AIROUT†into your normal TOTAL casting material and proceed according to the directions supplied by the casting material supplier.
* For best results, also apply a vibrator to key critical casting areas to help release air bubbles that may be trapped due to certain unique casting details.

Carrier Solvent Petroleum base
This product is non-toxic, but it contains a flammable carrier solvent. Use only in areas that are free of open flames or sparks.
It is recommended that the user examine the MSDS for this product before use.
