·We offer a warranty on all used or refurbished items that we sell to locations within the USA.
· New product warranties are referred directly to the manufacturers.
· Warranty covers parts and repair of a defective product.
· In the event that the product is under warranty and the same product is no longer available in stock, a similar item will be substituted or a refund will be provided.
· Batteries are specifically not covered by any warranty.
· Any exceptions to this policy are by special request and authorization and will be subject to not less than a 20% restocking fee.
· All returned equipment must be pre-approved and assigned a return merchandise authorization number.
· No return will be accepted unless the item is not as described.
