Antique singer industrial sewing machine

Singer Industrial Sewing Machine with built-in work table. Model on brass label in front says "107-W-1" along with a list of patent dates. The patent plate has the following text stamped into it:
Below the Patent plate is a Singer logo plate that says "The Singer Manfg Co." with a threaded "S" logo with the words "Trade Mark" under it.
I don't know much about this machine, or if it is even really an antique - but it seems that Singer has come up with quite a few patents since the most recent on this list, 1912. We bought it to do some flags for our barn and never got around to it. A friend who used one of these for many years says it is a nice machine, it just needs bobbins and such. Right now its sitting around gathering dust. We need it to go to someone who will use it.
The motor works and is very quiet. The sewing machine cycles fine. The table is rigid gray metal with a laminate top. The adjustable work light works fine. There is obvious wear in the paint from long heavy use but no apparent damage or abuse. I don't have any accessories to go with this. What you see in the photos is what I have.
