This is a Power Design Transistorized Power Supply model 1515A, the picture shoes the writing on the front cut up , its not its perfectly clear, I have no idea why it too a picture like that anyways it weighs about 15lbs, I dont know much more, it was my fathers he was a electrician, good luck
