Thermophase tp-36 oil water separator forair compres.
* This unit separates oil from compressed air so it does not evaporate into the atmosphere. It is an OSHA requirement not to allow such oils to evaporate into the atmosphere.
* This unit eliminates polluted condensate from entering the sewer or ground. developed to evaporate water from air compressor condensate.
* ThermaPhase is a vaporization seperator used for the oils that emulsify or ready mix with water.
* ThermaPhase® is an electrically heated thermostatically controlled unit developed to evaporate water from air compressor condensate.
* ThermaPhase® can be used for all kinds of lubricants.
* Includes on/off switch, Boiler ON light and Temperature gauge.
* Inside shows to the right a clear tube level meter. The thermostat is on the lower left board.
* Evaporation rate is 12.5 gallons per hr.
The large pipe is a steam vent (flu is missing).
* Holds 80 gallons of separated oil. Has a Drain valve (Not shown).
* This unit was used for 2 years. Average life cycle for this unit is 25 yrs. It is in great shape, and works as intended. Has some scratches and dings due to normal wear. This unit is a must have for special situations.
