Additional specifications: temperature operating range -320 F to 1450 F or -196 C to 788 C, instrument accuracy: +/- .1 F(C) in the full range. Up to 500 hours of operation on one NiMh battery charge. We do not have the standard DC charger that originally came with the unit , so you will have to acquire a charging unit from the manufacturer (p/n A9257), or you can use a small 6 VDC @ 100 mA power supply to charge the NiMh battery (as we did and it worked just fine).
