BC Aqua Seal Brick and Concrete Seal - 1 Gallon
BC Aqua Seal is a water based interior and exterior brick and concrete seal. It is non-yellowing and has a UV resistant coating.
BC Aqua Seal will add color and gloss to brick and stone. It has a low sensitivity to amine based strippers and cleaners, making for an easily cleaned surface.
When using BC Aqua Seal as a curing compound it helps control hydration of the cement by preventing rapid moisture loss from the surface of newly placed cement.
Area to be sealed must be clean and free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, rust, and efflorescence. BC Aqua Seal may be applied by airless sprayer, pump-up sprayer, mop, roller, or lambs wool applicator. For concrete, apply 2 coats allowing 2 hour dry time between coats. If a higher gloss is desired apply 1 to 2 more coats. Coverage rates for concrete area are approximately 500 to 1500 ft2 per gallon depending on the porosity of the concrete.
To use BC Aqua Seal as a membrane curing compund, apply 200 ft2 per gallon.
For exterior brick, apply 1 to 2 coats of BC Aqua Seal allowing 2 hour dry time between coats. Apply to brick at a coverage rate of 500 ft2 per gallon.
