Grace paddle mixer, size 1000, stainless steel construction, approx. 20 Cu. ft. capacity, coldwall jacketed trough with 1-1/2" JKT connection. Interior of trough measures 31" X 33" X 33" deep, with 3-3/4" dia. center bottom outless tapered to 3" diameter. Paddle driven by approx. 3 HP motor thru v-belt to gear reducer to chain drive. Includes lid with center mounted internal spray ball. Mounted on (4) S/ST legs. Serial # 369. Previous mixing cottage cheese. Appears to be in good condition.
