The manual is in good to very good condition with no pencil/pen marks. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. No dog-earing of the pages. Almost no grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages. Light age discoloration, moderate to heavy cover wear, and light to moderate cover smudges/stains.
