Inclined Cleated Belt Conveyor
(we have a 2nd available. Identical, but a brown colored belt, inquire if you want package deal)
* Heavy Duty Belt Conveyor for Injection Molding.
* New Paint and New Casters.
* 1" tall cleats, strong design, all cleats are great. Distance between cleats is about 8".
* 12" belt width. Belt is solid, some signs of use, but many more years of service left.
* horizontal to incline to horizontal....3 feet flat, then up 4 ft incline, then discharge about 1.5 ft flat.
* Belt height at discharge: about 42"
* Distance from floor to the underside of discharge end: about 34"
* Siderails: Stick up about 2" on infeed, about 3" on the incline, and about 1.5" on outfeed.
* Height of the infeed frame/sides of conveyor: About 10"
* Belt height from floor of the infeed section: About 8".
* Overall length of conveyor is about 8 ft distance.
* 110 Volt. Works perfect. Fixed speed.
* Industrial construction - not aluminum - these conveyors will last a lifetime and can take a beating from careless employees.
