All orders will be processed generally no later than two business days of purchase. Generally the order process starts same day if purchase is made before 1:30 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Every attempt will be made to do so.

If for what ever reason, a product you have ordered becomes back ordered status you will be notified via email promptly and we will let you decide if you would like your money back, substitute of equal value or hold back and let us return product back to stock. Every effort is made to keep our inventory stocked, But we are human also and mistakes can happen. We just try our best to minimize them for your piece of mind.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by our sales department. You must contact us promptly to open an RMA trouble ticket. This must be done no later than 7 days of purchase, with out an RMA # authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused).
Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging. Product can be returned to us within 10 days of sale.
Upon receipt of return, we will return your money to you or you may place another order of equal price.
