This is a new 0-6" capacity precision depth micrometer set with a 4" base width and it is graduated in 0.001".
* 6 Interchangeable rods in one inch increments determine the depth to be measured
* The rods are fitted into the micrometer spindle against a positive stop and locked into the head
* The surface of the 4" base is hardened and lapped.
* Equipped with a Ratchet Stop for consistent and repetitive measurments.
* A Satin chrome non-glare finish is on all parts
* The set comes complete with a nice fitted thick plastic red case
* A spanner wrench is included to zero in the micrometer head
