This unit was surplus to job requirement on a project up in the Alberta oil sands where over 100 billion dollars worth of projects are underway to meet North American consumption requirements. The companies involved in this development use only top quality equipment and seem to have unlimited budgets, so surplus items like this are frequently available in perfectly good condition. The particular project this was for (Albian Processing Facility) had a change in sub-contractors. This was a part of the former sub-contractors usued spares.
