You are purchasing a mezzanine that was manufactured by Equipto. There is approximately 3,600 square feet and it is in modular sections that are aprroximately 10 feet x 12 feet. The height of the mezzanine is approximately 10 feet. There are 2 stairways and a hydraulic lift platform. The hydraulic lift is rated for 1000 pounds. The mezzanine has a metal deck, but is covered with 3/4 inch plywood decking. This mezzanine is perfect for storage, offices or just extra space.
