For sale is a working when last used ASM SF-50 8 inch PECVD TEOS Deposition furnace including the 50 wafer cantilever batch loader.
Complete with SATC controller and cantilever load station, RF Power Supply, quartz tube, 8 inch wafer boat holds 50 wafers. Last used for TEOS oxide deposition. Gas cabinet still has hardware for Silicon Nitride, amorphous silicon, or other films. Perfect for solar cell anti-reflective coatings. Capable of running fifty 8 inch round wafers/solar cells or fifty 6 X 6 inch solar cells can be deposited at one time. Has upgraded EPROM software.
