As you can see in the picture, you get a flashlight, car charger, removable/flippable red lens cover, owners manual, and box. Unscrew the battery compartment, and you'll find a spare bulb stuck in the cap for your convenience.
Here's what it says on the box:

I would also like to mention that the warranty for the flashlight has not been filled out and I will be sure to include it with your purchase.
Don't forget that you also get a red flip up/removable light, which is in one of the pictures in this listing!
