This unit was taken out from a working system and I had tested it on windows 98SE. It is in excellent conditions. This will be the following items you will get:
HP/agilent laser interferometer complete position software/cable
Laser head 5517B (at least 300uW), 10780C receiver, 10889B laser board
Agilent polarized beam splitter - 1 units
HP 10705A (single beam interferometer) & 10704A (retroreflector) – 2 each
Power supply for HP laser head operate on 110VAC
Cable HP 10881 for HP leaser head
Cable HP 10880A for receiver HP 10780C
Software 10889B’s 32 bit driver. Include 10889 driver user manual in CD. A complete positioning system. The PC is not included.
The Agilent 10889B PC servo-axis board is a programmable, digital servo with built-in motion control algorithms. The combined servo-axis board provides a complete closed-loop positioning solution for PC-based laser interferometer systems. It offers both high resolution and a high sample rate. Output is a ±10 V analog motor drive signal updated at 20 kHz. Position outputs are available over the PC backplane and via direct hardware output.
