Plasma-Therm RF Generator Type HFS 3000D.
This is nominally a 3000 watt, 13.56 mhz generator.
Klystron removed from behind the cover below before we got this unit.
Might be just what you need for your RF generator application.
Condition looks good used as shown above but no klystron so we have not tested it and don't have documentation for it.
