KURT II 8" MILLING MACHINE VISE
Looks to be in very good conditon.
In today's high speed, high precision, NC/CNC machining where higher tolerances are demanded and where vises must be used in multiples of two's, three's, four's, or more, vise deflection can be minimized by up to 80% using KURT'S new Pull-Type Vise.
The KURT II VISE Pulls and exerts pressure against the stationary jaw. The pull type jaw reduces stationary jaw deflection. That means holding the piece in the most immobile state possible.
All KURT II VISES are precision ground on all sides to a squareness of .001" for precise mounting in three modes- upright, left and right side.
Hydraulically operated 1/4" stroke via over oil accumulator which mounts conveniently on machine.
Air over oil accumulator NOT included.
Repeatability and reliability of hydraulic clamping pressure.
Can also be operated manually with removable swivel handle.
