USED: Blown film line consisting of: (1) Kuhne type K45-24D 48mm (1.88") single screw extruder, approx 24:1 L/D ratio, electrically heated, air cooled. Water cooled feed throat with hopper. Driven by a 34 kw (45 hp), 460 volt DC motor thru a gearbox. Includes control panel with 3 barrel zone Omron E5EX controllers. (1) 4" diameter non-rotating blowm film die, 1 single lip air ring (no blower), (1) 48" tall expandable bubble cage driven by a .33 hp gear motor. Extruder base mounted.
