Made from super grade SG Iron (450 MPa tensile strength) combining many of the advantages of steel with the stability of this special cast iron. Jaw Guide Strips : Hardened & ground steel on 160-400mm chucks increase working life & maintain accuracy by substantially reducing wear. Jaws & Pinions : are high grade alloy steel, case hardened & tempered. Supplied with sets of both Internal & External Jaws, Chuck Key & Mounting Screws.
