New tap. FTC brand. Made in USA. 3 flutes. Spiral point. Looks like a plug style. TiN Coated. Flute length is about 1.75", OAL about 6" Tap reads: FTC HSS USA, 5/8-11 GH3.
Could be resharpened. I don't know their history.
