This is a used Canadian made rescue sling in very good to excellent condition. I suspect that at the most it was used for training purposes. It is a vest style with a supportive diaper for the crotch and padded neck support. It was made by a company called Paradgium to North American fire safety standards with fire resistant materials and reflectors.
