Heavy Duty, Industrial. Works excellent! It is gently used, works great! Certified by: Silvan Industries Inc., USA. There are some rust spots around bottom and some parts of machine, on some small areas as well, but nothing significant to wear and effectiveness of working properly. Rust spots are random, but noticable. It is in excellent working condition. Dimensions on inches are only estimated approximate (measurement).
