CONDITION = nice - used - both flutes cutting edges are worn down slightly 1-1/2" from the end - so we calip'd the worn area dia @ 1.761" and the normal dia @ 1.813" so you would know the difference - possibly p.o. was using as a step drill - other than that it's good
