CNC Router Mount for Porter Cable 7518 - made in USA 100% (Router Not Included)
This is a router mount that is design for applications like cnc cutting, jig of your own. The design uses 10-32 screws to hold in the router. The 6061 Aluminum material was machined on a Haas CNC Center Milling Machine. You can use the drawing below with the hole arrangements to build your jig and holding fixture to accept the router mount.

Pre Drilled .5 shaft hole , 10-32 set screw.
Use for holding shaft for your design dust collection vacuum holes (not included or available)
Aluminum 6061- .375 inch thick aluminum for the mount.
Fixture hole locations are horizontal 2.5" by (2) Rows vertical 1" apart (6) thru holes 10-32 (supplied in 5/8 1ength) .375 thick back plate.
